TUM.University Press is an associate member of AG Universitätsverlage [1] – Institutional Publication Services for Open Science. The working group is an association of university presses, publishing services and platforms from German-speaking countries, which are closely affiliated with academic institutions and offer professional publishing services. The membership criteria [2] include, in particular, quality assurance according to scientific standards and the support of Open Access.

TUM.University Press is a member of the Association of European University Presses [3], an organization of and for university presses throughout Europe. The aim of the association is to establish networks with each other and to enable knowledge exchange. In this way, common goals can be achieved and important issues tackled together in the currently dynamic publishing landscape.
