Funding Application: Open Access Fees

Application for a Publication Grant from the TUM Open Access Publication Fund

Before submitting your application, please review the funding conditions [1] and the following additional information:

Amount of the Grant
For articles that meet the funding criteria, the Open Access Publication Fund provides a publication grant of up to 1,000 € per article.
Invoice Processing and Reimbursement
Corresponding authors or their respective institution (e.g., department, chair, or institute) must first pay the full Open Access fee invoiced by the publisher. The grant will then be reimbursed directly to the institution, not to individuals, due to tax regulations.
Time of Grant Application
Please submit your application for the publication grant only after the article has been published.
