Who can reserve webinar carrels?

• Only TUM students
• Reservations are non-transferable and must not be made for others

How to reserve

• online via the reservation system [1]
• Login with your TUM ID
• Book up to 7 days in advance – same-day bookings are possible

Reservation limits

• Maximum of 4 hours per reservation
• Up to 2 reservations per week and branch library

When does my reservation expire?

• After 30 minutes, if you don’t show up or fail to check in
• If absent for more than 60 minutes or don't using a break disc
• Expired reservations are not refunded to your booking quota

Things to keep in mind

• Drinks in tightly closed containers are okay
• No food or alcohol allowed
