Our e-newspapers

New York Times, SZ, RiffReporter & Co.

Would you like to read German or international newspapers – regardless of time and place? Do you want to be up-to-date on a daily basis and conveniently access e-paper editions or newspaper archives? Then take advantage of the University Library's online services.

In addition to a comprehensive collection of scientific e-journals, we also offer you a range of newspapers and journalism portals. As a TUM member, you can easily log in for current articles as well as archive issues.

Our range currently includes:

New York Times
Süddeutsche Zeitung (SZ Library Net)
Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ-BiblioNet)
RiffReporter: The University Library has recently licensed this journalism portal which offers analyses, background reports and articles on environment, science, society, technology and world affairs.
Nexis Uni: The database includes articles from several thousand journals, newspapers and magazines from all over the world.
WISO: The database offers full-text access to articles from over 200 German newspapers in the module "Wirtschaftspraxis".

Your online access
The easiest way to access e-newspapers and databases is via eAccess. Log in with your TUM ID. An exception is FAZ-BiblioNet. For licensing reasons, authentification via eAccess is not permitted, but it is possible within the TUM LAN with proxy configuration.

Database for Legal Studies and Criminal Law

Latest addition to our database portfolio: the international law portal HeinOnline - Academic Core (International), available to all TUM members via eAccess.

The database offers an extensive collection of legal materials of the Unites States, Great Britain and the Commonwealth, e. g. Law Journal Library, Federal Register Library, Legal Classics, Pentagon Papers, Slavery in America and the World, U.S. Supreme Court Library, World Constitutions Illustrated.

Full-text search options, citation tools, print or download options for documents are available to you.

Your online access

TUM members can retrieve Hein Online via eAccess. Just log in with your TUM ID. Alternatively, it is possible to use the database at a desktop PC within the TUM-LAN with proxy configuration.
