Start of the Semester: Get to know your library

Are you new at TUM and do you want to find the right literature for your studies? Then join one of our orientation tours at the beginning of the semester.

From 26 April 2022 onwards, we offer online tours presenting our branch libraries in Munich, Garching, Weihenstephan and Straubing and introducing you to our crucial library services.

Construction works

Demolition Works on the TUM Campus Olympiapark from 19 April 2022

Eingagn zur Teilbibliothek Sport- und Gesundheitswissenschaften der TUM

Demolition work on the old campus buildings in the Olympic Park will start on 19 April 2022.

The Branch Library Sport and Health Sciences will of course remain open for you. However, the construction works may result in noise pollution. Earplugs will be available for all library visitors.

Digital IT and Technology Magazines

Access to heise+ newly licensed

heise+ is the digital subscription portal for IT and technology information from Heise Publishing. heise+ contains articles from of the specialist editorial team at heise online, as well as content from the magazines c't, iX, MIT Technology Review, Mac & i, Make and c't Fotografie (from the 2016 volume).

At TUM, you can now read all articles online. If you wish, you can also subscribe to a weekly newsletter.

Your online access

TUM members can access heise+ via eAccess. Please log in with your TUM ID:
Login to heise+ via e-Access

Alternatively, it is possible to log in at a desktop PC within the TUM-LAN with proxy configuration. The six Heise journals are also available individually via the Electronic Journals Library.
