The TUM university library offers students, faculty and staff the usage of the full version of Citavi for Windows (desktop version) and Citavi web as part of a campus licence.
Terms of Use
- The Citavi licence is limited to a single user. You may install the software on a computer or a network drive.
- At the end of your studies or your employment at the TUM, you may not use the full version via the TUM campus licence any longer.
By using Citavi, you agree to the Privacy Police and Terms of Use.
Licence extension for TUM members until 30.09.2026
TUM extended the Citavi licence for for all TUM students and employees. You can transfer the new license data by logging in to your Citavi account. In section Citavi Desktop & Web Bundle click on "Citavi 6 – valid until 2024". To confirm that you are enrolled or working at TUM, request an e-mail to your TUM e-mail address and confirm the link contained. After that you can use Citavi until further notice (or until you leave TUM).
TUM has an up-to-date licence for the web version of Citavi, which allows you to work from anywhere on any operating system.
