- Study desks can only be reserved by TUM students and staff members.
- Reservations can be made through the online booking tool provided by the company "anny".
- Reservation for study desks is possible no more than 4 days in advance.
- Each person has a booking quota of 40 hours per week. The booking of a study desk reduces the quota according to the number of hours booked. The quota is reset every Monday at midnight.
- The booking must be confirmed at on-site check-in stations upon starting the reservation.
- The reservation will be void if the person fails to check in within the first 30 minutes of the reservation time.
- When temporarily leaving the study desk, a clock disc to indicate the break time must be used.
- In-progress reservations will expire in case of an absence of more than 60 minutes or if no break disc is used.
- Reservations cannot be transferred or made on behalf of third parties.
- Study desks must be left in good order.
- The University Library recommends not leaving valuables unattended on study desks during breaks. The University Library assumes no liability for the loss or damage to personal belongings.
