TUM has recently become a partner of SciPost, a platform for open access publications. SciPost is run by and for scientists and is dedicated to all aspects of physics with its three current journals – SciPost Physics, SciPost Physics Proceedings and SciPost Physics Lecture Notes. SciPost is financed by the contributions of the so-called supporting partners, which include TUM, CERN, the Research Centre Jülich and the Max Planck Digital Library, among others.
SciPost offers TUM scientists another opportunity to publish open access independently of commercial providers. The submissions are made via the arXiv preprint server and the peer review reports are published as part of an open-peer review.
