At the circulation desk
Books and other library items may be returned at any of our ten branch libraries, regardless of the check-out location. You will always receive a receipt as proof of return by or before the due date.
Via book drop
During closing hours it is possible for students and staff of the WZW to return borrowed items to the book drop at our Branch Library Weihenstephan if their StudentCard or PersonalCard is registered at the ITW Helpdesk. Items returned after the circulation desks close may not be checked in the electronic library system until the next working day.
By mail
You may also return borrowed items by mail. Please make sure that
- your parcel is securely packed and sufficiently stamped,
- you only ship from a EU member state due to customs regulations,
