From a visual point of view, O'Reilly textbooks stand out due to their striking animal book cover design. They are part of the O'Reilly online platform, which offers a broad, multimedia range for the fields of mathematics, computer science, economics and engineering.
The more than 50,000 items on the platform include around 42,000 e-books as well as a variety of videos, e-courses and audiobooks. Audio versions of the most frequently used book titles are also often available.
The database inventory is provided by more than 250 publishers, such as Safari, Wiley, Pearson, or Taylor & Francis. They are mainly written in English. In addition, there are some works in Chinese, Japanese or Spanish. German translations or subtitles are available for about 2,000 items.
In 2022, we were able to extend the existing TUM campus license for three more years.
