Textbooks for a Bargain Price

Textbook Sale in Garching and Weihenstephan

This November, we will hold two textbook sales in Garching and Weihenstephan. The University Library will sell books withdrawn from library stock in various categories, in Garching with the focus on mathematics, computer science, chemistry, physics and mechanical engineering.

TUM Open Access Publishing Fund

TUM covers your open access publication costs

You would like to publish your research results in an open access journal? The TUM will pay the author-processing charges for your publication under certain conditions:

„Corresponding author“ or „submitting author" must be a TUM staff member.
Your article will be published in an open access journal, which provides free access to all articles without any subscription fee and ensures the quality of articles through a peer review process.
You have demonstrably no access to other funding to finance an open access publications.
The author-processing charge (APC) does not exceed 2,000 € per article (including VAT). Partial reimbursement is not possible.

Branch Library Main Campus will close already at 8 p.m.

On Wednesday, October 23, 2013, the TUM student council organises its semester opening party „Meine erste Uniparty“.

Due to this event the Branch Library Main Campus will close already at 8.00 p.m.
