Starting from 15 June 2023, TUM students can easily book our group study rooms online: Log in to the reservation page with your TUM ID, select a group study room and time slot, enter the number of people, and submit! Your reservation will be confirmed via email.

We are using the online booking system provided by company anny – initially for one year, to gather practical experience. In this regard, your evaluation will be valuable to us! Please find the link to our feedback form in the reservation confirmation. We are eager to hear your feedback.
Terms of Use
The following rules, among others, apply to the reservation and use of the rooms:
- Reservations are only available to TUM students for groups of three or more people.
- Two reservations per branch library and week, up to a maximum of 7 days in advance.
- Maximum usage duration is 4 hours.
- Reservation rights expire after 30 minutes if you fail to appear on time or if you are absent for more than 60 minutes after the reservation has started.
Please remember: Our house rules also apply in the group study rooms, such as consuming beverages only from tightly sealed containers and no consumption of food.
