On Carnival Monday, 28 February 2022, all branch libraries will maintain normal services and opening hours. The First Level Hotline is available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
On Carnival Tuesday, 1 March 2022, official working time ends at 12:00 noon. However, all our Branch Libraries will remain open as normal. You can reach the First Level Hotline from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
