Reservable study desks are available in selected areas. In addition, we continue to offer study desks that can be used by all library visitors without a reservation.
Don't forget to check in
Your reservation confirmation includes a QR code for checking in at the library. Before occupying your place, you must scan the QR code at the check-in device located at the circulation desk. Check-in must be completed within 15 minutes after the start of your reservation, as otherwise, the workspace will become available for other library users.
Also, starting from 23 October 2023, you will need to check in with a QR code at the circulation desk if you have booked a group study room in the Branch Library Sport & Health Sciences.
Terms of Use
For the reservation of individual study desks, the following rules apply, among others:
- a maximum of 4 reservations per branch library per week
- reservations can be made no more than 4 days in advance
- a maximum of 4 hours of usage per reservation
Reservation rights expire after 15 minutes if you fail to appear on time, forget to check in, or if you are absent for more than 60 minutes during a reservation in progress.
