With the Perinorm database, we offer you a convenient way of searching standards and accessing full texts online. Perinorm replaces our previous standards portal e-researchCenter.
In the database, you can search two million German, European and international standards as well as technical regulations. Currently valid VDI guidelines, DIN standards and DIN ISO standards are available in full text. Draft standards, pre-standards, supplement sheets and withdrawn DIN standards can also be accessed online in full text.
Access to Perinorm
As a TUM member, you can conveniently log into the database on your own computer with your TUM ID via eAccess: Start Standards Portal with eAccess
This eliminates the previous requirement to have an employee PC enabled for access to e-researchCenter, the former standards portal. e-researchCenter will be switched off towards the end of 2019 after a transitional period.
External library patrons can access Perinorm at public computers in our branch libraries. They are only allowed to view and consult DIN standards. Reproductions – regardless of the method used (e.g. copying, printing, filming, transcribing, scanning, data transfer, etc.) – are not permitted for external users due to licensing.
