Bei der industriellen Verarbeitung von Aluminiumblechen besteht beim Scherschneiden die Gefahr der Flitterbildung. Diese formlosen Partikel resultieren aus Kaltaufschweißungen und beschädigen die Bauteile, Werkzeuge und Verarbeitungsmaschinen. Forschungsziel dieser Arbeit ist es, für den offenen Schnitt die Wirkzusammenhänge der Entstehung von Kaltaufschweißungen beim Zerteilen von Aluminium zu erklären und darauf aufbauend Strategien zu erarbeiten, um diese zu vermindern und die Flitterentstehung zu reduzieren.
